OVERHEATED FAQ

WHAT IS OVERHEATED?

In conjunction with her sold-out world HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR, Billie Eilish and Support+Feed are announcing the 4th and 5th iterations of OVERHEATED, in Berlin and London respectively, which will bring together climate activists, musicians, and other leading voices for two days filled with discussion, community building and resources to help tackle the climate crisis.

The programs will highlight a variety of easy and accessible actions audience members can take to make a positive impact on their communities and in the global effort to combat climate change.

Please note, this is a climate summit. Billie Eilish is NOT performing.

IT LOOKS LIKE THIS EVENT IS THE SAME DAY AS BILLIE’S SHOW. WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO ATTEND BOTH?

If you are lucky enough to have tickets for both OVERHEATED and Billie’s show, we have more good news for you. OVERHEATED takes place in the daytime and will finish before doors open for the show. Further, if you have standing tickets for Billie’s show you will not lose your place in the general admission queue. At the end of OVERHEATED you will be given instructions on where to go when you get to the arena for special entry.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT OVERHEATED

OVERHEATED covers important topics without getting too heavy. Expect to meet new people, get inspired by fresh ideas, exercise your creativity, and have fun!

This is an unreserved seated event, but there are no bad seats. You will hear short talks, panel discussions, fireside chats, video presentations, and maybe see a surprise guest or two by the end of the day.

Food will be served

Healthy and delicious plant-based meals are provided at no additional cost: light breakfast, lunch, drinks (coffee, tea, lemonade, water)

T-shirt printing on site

The OVERHEATED fashion activations celebrate the city’s vibrant, sustainable fashion scene in each of our host cities. Bring a pre-loved T-shirt or pick one on-site — and make it your own.

Community Village

OVERHEATED features local community organizations on-site bringing an incredible diversity of ways to get involved in local climate advocacy. There is truly something for everyone. The local organizations are at the heart of OVERHEATED’s goal of fostering community amongst our audience members and changemakers in the region. There will be lots of time to explore this area as you have lunch and participate in the other activations.

IS THERE A WAY TO WATCH OVERHEATED ONLINE?

Yes. The entire program will be livestreamed on Billie’s YouTube channel and then permanently archived on the OVERHEATED channel.

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

We encourage you to bring an empty refillable water bottle for the day.

There will be e-lockers for your bags and coats. Reminder that if you are attending a Billie Eilish show after OVERHEATED, venue bag policies will apply for those shows. Find the O2 bag policy HERE and the Uber Arena bag policy HERE.

SUPPORT+FEED SOUNDS SO COOL. TELL ME MORE!

Founded by Maggie Baird, Support+Feed is a non-profit organization working to combat the climate crisis and food insecurity by working towards a global shift to an equitable, plant-based food system. Learn more about Support+Feed HERE.

CAMERA POLICY

Cameras are not allowed. Cellphone photography and video will be permitted without flash and with shutter sounds turned off. We ask that all cellphone photography be respectful of the participants on stage and fellow audience members.

OVERHEATED WILL BE FILMED AND LIVESTREAMED

By attending OVERHEATED you consent to being photographed and recorded for use in the livestream, social media, and for future uses.

TRANSPORTATION

Did you know taking the train creates seven times less CO2 than flying, and is 67% less polluting than driving? That means your journey to the show can be a huge part of the solution.

Across Billie’s European HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR dates, Billie is teaming up with ACT1.5 and C40 Cities —a global network of nearly 100 mayors leading the charge on local climate action. Together, we're seeing how cities around the world are stepping up to make the music industry greener—from incentivizing eco-friendly travel options and shifting to powering arenas with renewables, to serving up delicious planet-friendly meals to local people.

We’re seeing real time change, and it’s powered by people just like you. When fans, artists, and cities all work together, we can reshape live music for a healthier planet.
