Are Eilish Fragrances products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are vegan and do not contain animal byproduct in any of the materials

Are Eilish Fragrances products cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free and have earned recognition from PETA's Global Beauty Without Bunnies program

Which Eilish Fragrances bottles are refillable?

With sustainability in mind, all Your Turn eau de parfum bottles (3.4 oz, 1.7 oz, & 1.0 oz) are refillable, and all Eilish eau de parfum bottles (3.4 oz, 1.7 oz, & 1.0 oz) purchased as of 2025 are refillable.

How do I refill my fragrance?

To refill your Eilish or Your Turn bottle, follow the steps below:

  1. Take the cap off, and unscrew the pump from your fragrance bottle

  2. Place the refill in the bottle, and push down to fill

  3. Once complete, the refill will stop automatically to avoid spillage

  4. Screw the pump back onto the fragrance bottle and replace the cap

ORDERS

Is there an order limit?

Due to the exclusivity of our product, there may be limits placed on the maximum quantity purchased in one transaction, which will be reflected on the product page.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We cannot make changes to orders once they are placed. All sales are final; no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

Depending on where your order is within the shipping process, we may be able to update your order with a shipping address change. 

Do you allow refunds/returns?

All sales are final which means we do not offer returns/exchanges.

What do I do if my order arrived damaged, incorrect or incomplete?

If your item arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 30 days from the date you received your order so we can investigate and resolve your issue. Please attach photos with your submission. Photos are required to verify the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped. This helps us investigate what went wrong and prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.

  • Upon review of the photos, we’ll ship you a replacement or refund you if the item is no longer in stock.

  • Please be advised we are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been used.

If your order arrived incomplete:

  • Please contact us within 30 days from the date you received your order letting us know what is missing from your order so we can investigate and resolve your issue.
